Senior Property Officer (On Site) - Asset Services
Key roles and responsibilities of the Property Officer of Asset Services are:
To carry out the daily security duties at the property you are assigned to.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Supervision of junior staff, allocation of duty;
- Review of management standard and re-arrangement of manpower for improvement whenever appropriate.
- Review and approve monthly staff duty roster and daily roster so as to ensure that it fits actual needs;
- Handling complaint, and attend in emergency situations.
- Assist in training of new staff, and refresher training to existing staff.
- Organize drills as and when appropriate for the Centre.
- Carry out regular patrol (day or night) to the Centre.
- Implement traffic control, both at car-park (if applicable) and outside the Centre.
- Arrange regular checking of Centre’s facilities;
- Liaise and coordinate with tenants and contractors on marching in and out, at fit out/ reinstatement stages.
- Attend regular meeting with Centre Manager and taking of minutes;
- Ensure that all contractors’ works adhere to contract terms.
- Reinforce occupational health and safety measures in the Centre and ensure that workers working in the Centre possess relevant statutory licences.
- Ensure that all documents and drawings related to the Centre are in place.
- Ensure proper records are kept for management assets and inventory.
REQUIREMENTS
- F.5 standard or above
- Minimum 6 years experience in property management industry, relevant experience in managing office building is an advantage
- Possess good communication and coordination skills Fair spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) & Quality Assurance System (QAS)
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Property Officer
