Analyst - Valuation and Advisory Services

We are seeking a high-caliber and capable individual to join the Valuation & Advisory team.

In this newly created role, you will support team supervisor and Department Head in the implementation of a knowledge base platform for Hong Kong and China. You will conduct market research; collect and analyze data; and prepare market commentary to capture market trends and constantly enhance our proprietary database.

Reporting into team supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders within the department and across other business lines whilst gaining broad exposure and good market knowledge in Hong Kong and the Greater China region.

You will be tasked with opportunities to learn, grow and make a difference in the team.

IDEAL PROFILE

•  Degree in Real Estate, Statistics, Finance or related subject
• Good comment of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Min. of 1-2 years of relevant experience ideally in property related sectors
• Strong analytical, statistical/mathematical skills and communication skills
• Excellent PC skills eg. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Positive work attitude and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
